Good Samaritan on finding 3-year-old daughter of missing Baton Rouge teacher

Leslie Parms said he was driving by the Baton Rouge parking lot when he saw a young girl wandering barefoot in June 2016. "This child needed help and I just couldn't pass by," Parms said.
