Extreme weather in Northeast, with flood watch from Virginia to New Jersey

Flash flood watches are in effect from Virginia to New Jersey. Several states have been warned of a fire threat in the West as the Grizzly Creek fire shuts down parts of Interstate 70 west of Denver.
