US steps up pressure on Venezuela; pursuing 3rd oil tanker

Retired U.S. Air Force Lt Col Rachel Vanlandingham said it will be up to a U.S. federal court to determine whether the U.S. keeping or selling the seized oil from Venezuela is legal.
