Cookie Monster surprises 4-year-old Sesame Street superfan just in time for Halloween

After learning a Missouri father built his four-year-old daughter a replica of Cookie Monster's Foodie Truck, the Sesame Street team decided to send out Cookie Monster himself to surprise her.
