New York Gov. Hochul signs executive order allowing pharmacies to give COVID shots

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul signed an executive order Friday allowing pharmacists to prescribe and give COVID-19 vaccines, saying it empowers New Yorkers to make “their own healthcare decisions.”
