Army soldier ID'd as suspect in campground shooting of 5 people, 2 fatally

Spc. James M. Kelly, who is stationed at the Joint Base Lewis McChord, was taken into custody after he was shot and wounded by an undercover police detective, who once served in the U.S. Marines.
