The new Gap x DÔEN collection: Here's what's still available
Gap and DÔEN are back at it.
After the brands' inaugural collaboration last spring, Gap and DÔEN launched a second collection on May 2.
The 38-piece collection "is an ode to both brands' effortless and easy dressing, introducing new silhouettes and prints," a press release states. It includes men's and baby apparel in addition to women's styles.
"Our first collection with DÔEN set a new bar for how a collaboration can infuse a fresh perspective into Gap essentials, creating covetable pieces that left our customers wanting more," Mark Breitbard, president and CEO of Gap, said in the release. "Reuniting with DÔEN -- an inspiring partner that shares our values -- has allowed us to build on that momentum with a new summer-ready collection."
DÔEN was founded by sisters Margaret and Katherine Kleveland.
The buzzworthy collection features eyelet, gingham and striped details, as well as denim and linen-blend fabrics, presenting an effortless, feminine and coastal feel that showcases both Gap's and DÔEN's aesthetics.
We're drawn to versatile pieces like the oversized denim jacket with front slant pockets, a pointed collar and pleated puff sleeves. There's also the Eyelet Maxi Dress, available in black and off-white, with a square neck and cinched waist.
The collection also includes matching sets, like a gingham tank and maxi skirt set or a blue cotton poplin pajama set.
