Tropical Storm Delta has formed in the Caribbean

While Tropical Storm Gamma stalls north of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula Monday, Tropical Storm Delta is aiming to hit western Cuba and could potentially hit the U.S. Gulf Coast as a hurricane.
