The prison release date for Sean "Diddy" Combs has been moved up one month, according to federal inmate records.

Combs, 56, is now scheduled to be released from prison on Jan. 24, 2028, according to U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate records reviewed by ABC News.

No reason was given for the new anticipated release date, which is subject to shift again due to behavior in prison and other factors.

A representative for Combs declined to comment Thursday on the new release date.

Combs was sentenced to 50 months in prison in October of last year for his conviction on two prostitution-related offenses.

The rap mogul is appealing his conviction and sentence.

Earlier this month, Combs was involved in a fight at the federal prison where he is currently serving his sentence, a source familiar with the incident told ABC News.

The other inmate involved in the altercation made a remark to Combs, which instigated the event, the source said. Combs was sent to solitary confinement, according to a source.
