Rihanna supports A$AP Rocky at 'Highest 2 Lowest' world premiere in Cannes
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky stepped out together for a red carpet date on Monday night in Cannes.
The duo attended the world premiere for the new Spike Lee-directed film "Highest 2 Lowest," which Rocky stars in alongside Denzel Washington and Jeffrey Wright.
Rihanna dazzled in a sky blue Alaïa gown, which featured cutouts, while Rocky wore a suit from Saint Laurent, according to Vogue.
She and Rocky were all smiles as they posed for photos on the red carpet. Rihanna stole a few kisses from Rocky on the carpet, while Rocky showed his affection for Rihanna with an embrace and cradling her belly.
The duo continued to flash smiles for photographers as they departed the screening at the end of the night in the pouring rain.
Their outing comes weeks after Rocky confirmed at the 2025 Met Gala that he and Rihanna are expecting their third child together.
"It feels amazing, you know," A$AP Rocky told reporters after they congratulated him, following media reports that the couple was expecting their third child, according to The Associated Press. "It's time that we show the people what we was cooking up, and I'm glad everybody's happy for us, 'cause we definitely happy, you know."
"Highest 2 Lowest" follows Washington as a titan music mogul who is described as "having the 'best ears in the business,'" according to a synopsis.
When he is targeted with a ransom plot, "he is jammed up in a life-or-death moral dilemma," the synopsis continues.
The film is Lee's reinterpretation of Akira Kurosawa's crime thriller "High and Low." It is also the fifth project that Lee and Washington have worked together on.
"Highest 2 Lowest" will be released in theaters on Aug. 22 and on Apple TV+ on Sept. 5.
